General Community Rules

1. Respect all players and staff members at all times.
2. Flaming/insulting other players is not allowed.
3. Spamming is not allowed.
4. Provoking or inspiring others to commit malicious activities is not allowed.
5. Do not break NLR (3 minutes).
6. Do not post warez (illegally obtained software, copyright material etc).
7. Posting another player’s personal information is not allowed.
8. Do not use profanity in OOC.
9. Do not “Race War”.
10. Selling in-game currency or items for real life money from NeroRP servers is not allowed.
11. Do not advertise or slander any other server.
12. Do not CDM people on the sidewalks. It is NOT CDM if the player was on the road, unless you were recklessly driving.
13. No blowing up cars or destroying them without a good reason.
14. Do not duplicate items, money etc.
15. FearRP applies to everyone.

Forum Rules

1. English is required on the forums at all times.
2. Never ask staff to view your application.
3. Do not bump threads that are older than 3 weeks.
4. Post threads in their appropriate location or your thread will be removed.
5. Do not farm forum posts.
6. Do not post multiple threads about the same topic.
7. Do not post anything inappropriate on threads.

Server Rules

1. Do not RDM (random deathmatch).
2. Do not FailRP or FearRP.
3. Do not prop kill (using props to kill other players).
4. Do not prop spam.
5. Do not prop surf or prop climb.
6. Do not raid bases that have a building sign.
7. Do not cop bait.
8. You can /advert carjack government official vehicles apart from SWAT and EMS.
9. Do not self supply as a gun dealer (do not buy weapons for yourself).
10. Use common sense.
11. You cannot switch job to escape Roleplaying.
12. DDOS threats are not allowed. This will result in a permanent ban, no matter what.
13. Do not abuse glitches/exploits.
14. Do not use hacking programmes such as aimbot, ESP, bhop scripts or other clients.
15. Staff have final say. Do not argue with a staff member’s decision.
16. Do not disrespect other players or staff.
17. Do not act power-hungry or be power-hungry.
18. Do not have chain/contradicting binds.
19. You must wait 10 minutes after raiding a base.
20. You must wait 5 minutes for murder, kidnap, hits ext.
21. Do not interrupt PD Meetings.
22. No major crimes during a PD Meeting.
23. Do not chat spam.
24. Do not server disrespect.
25. Do not spam admin chat.
26. Do not job abuse in anyway, shape or form.
27. Do not minge.
28. Do not RDA (random arrest).
29. Do not LTAP/LTAA during a situation such as police chase, jail, admin sit etc.
30. Have intent to RP
31. Do not Revenge RDM.
32. Do not mic spam.
33. You cannot draw anything inappropriate or offensive as Vandalist. 
34. Always advert carjack before carjacking a vehicle.
35. If there are EMS online, do not respawn.
36. If you are revived by EMS NLR does not apply and you remember everything.
37. You can only advert assist if you are in a family.
38. You cannot take over places, once you have raided a base you must leave.
39. You are not allowed to suicide. You must value your life.
40. If you are handcuffed, you must comply with the officer.
41. If you are at gunpoint you must comply, otherwise it is FearRP.
42. Do not camera spam.
43. Do not textscreen spam.
44. Do not toolgun spam.
45. Do not metagame, using information which would not be available to your character.
46. Do not impersonate whitelisted members, staff, and other players
47. No voice changers or mic spam. (sound boards etc)
48. Protesting peacefully is allowed, no weapons!
49. You can only murder in a secluded area
50. You cannot assist police in raids
51. Do not advertise Youtube/Twitch channels without the Owner’s permission
52. You are not allowed to advertise other servers!
53. Families cannot ally with other families
54. Do not build during an RP situation || Using building as a way to escape an RP situation.
55. You may only assassinate/murder/kidnap the Mayor if Taxes are above 30%
56. You cannot Murder/Kidnap EMS
57. Weed, Meth and Bitminers are illegal by default. However, weed can be legalized by the mayor.
58. Bitminers are illegal.
59. You may not build in the General store or Bank. (No defenses etc)
60. Once you join a family (setting name), you must wait 3 minutes before engaging with family activities
61. You may not kill someone you are trying to unarrest/free from jail in order to get them out, you must pick lock their handcuffs.
62. If you are found trespassing in a government base, you are automatically KOS/AOS.
63. Do not spray paint anything inappropriate or offensive when on the Vandalist job.
64. Do not play anything inappropriate or offensive in the cinema. This includes earrape.

Arresting Rules

1. If you have been battering rammed out of your vehicle, you can not get back in that vehicle until an officer says so.
2. Once you have been tased, you have to comply with the officer.
3. If a family member is being arrested, you can /advert counter, but only if it's clear they are being taken to jail and not just detained.
4. You can not use your lethal weapon in situations as a government official unless the situation has been declared as code red/code 3.

Bank Raid Rules

1. During a bank raid, you must stay inside the vault at all times.
2. You must be in the same family in order to bank raid with other people (Have the same last/first name).
3. You can not /advert assist to a bank raid that's already ongoing.
4. You can not /advert counter to a bank raid.
5. You can not build in the bank or general store during raids.
6. You don't need to /advert bank raid until you're inside of the vault.

Mayor Rules

1. The mayor can only legalize weed. Meth is illegal no matter what.
2. The mayor can give people gun licenses.
3. Mayors can not grant people the right to 'open carry' any weapon. You can only open carry secondary weapons (e.g. pistols) and must be on safety.

Government Rules

1. No taser rushing.
2. You may not interrupt training.
3. Cops cannot accept bribes.
4. If a player is wanted they are AOS/KOS. You may only kill them if they are not complying, or are armed.
5. After a player is revived, if they were involved in a crime, you may arrest them.
6. EMS may only revive if the situation is code 4 (inactive).

Advert

1. To carjack you must /advert carjack. You can not carjack vehicles which were just spawned from the car dealer.
2. To raid you must /advert raid.
3. To jailbreak you must /advert jailbreak.
4. To Bank/General store rob you must /advert Bank raid or /advert Store raid. You must wait 15 minutes between each raid.
5. During a bank/general store robbery you must stay inside the vault/store. That includes family members.
6. You can not counter bank raids, general store raids or base raids as a criminal job.
7. To murder you must /advert murder and be in a secluded area.
8. You may only raid PD if it is to stop a family member from being arrested.
9. To Counter Arrest you must /advert Counter Arrest. You cannot just start spraying PD you have to RP with them and try hold the arresting officer at gun point, unless they don’t comply
10. You must wait 10 minutes between /advert murder + /advert mug. Same player 15 minutes
11. You must wait 5 minutes between /advert raid. Same base 30 minutes.
12. You must wait 15 minutes between /advert bank raid + /advert store robbery
13. You can only assassinate as an Assassin. You must /advert assassination. You must wait 15 minutes between assassinations.
14. You can mug people for up to $10k.

Gangs

1. Bloods and Crips are always at war and cannot team.
2. You are not allowed to RDM the opposing gang, you must RP it out.
3. If your gang is arrested, and is in the same area you can be arrested for association.
4. Bloods Leader can /demote other Bloods Members.
5. Crips Leader can /demote other Crips Members.

Basing Rules

1. You can only have 3 fading doors per base.
2. You must have a minimum 5 second timer on fading doors.
3. Maximum 5 one way props
4. There must be a visible keypad for each fading door.
5. Your base must not force people to need to crouch or jump.
6. All props must be visible. You can not have any invisible props.
7. No kill boxes (When a player is trapped between 2 fading doors where you can shoot them and they can’t shoot back).
8. There must be a clearly visible door. You can not have hidden no collided doors.
9. You can not prop block people during a raid or who are raiding.
10. You are not allowed small gaps in bases to peak through to kill someone who is raiding or during a raid.
11. KOS/Building signs must be clear.
12. If a base has a building sign, you can not raid that base.
13. You can not have a building sign for your base if you have any illegal contraband or bitminers inside your base.
14. Text signs must be big and clear.
15. Maze bases are not allowed.

Kidnapping

1. You must /advert kidnap to kidnap. You must wait 10 minutes after kidnap has ended.
2. You may not kidnap someone who has a gun out.
3. There must be at least 5 government jobbed players on in order to kidnap.
4. You can only kidnap someone for a max 15 minutes.
5. You can not kidnap a player if they're AFK.
6. May only kidnap 1 person per family.
7. After a bank/store robbery you must give the hostage over. You cannot take the hostage in a car with you. But you may negotiate a way of escape by trading the hostage under certain conditions.
8. You may only kidnap someone in a vehicle if the vehicle is not moving.
9. You can not kidnap EMS.

Ransom Prices

Civilian - $5,000
Government Official - $15,000
Government Low Command - $30,000
Government High Command - $50,000
Mayor - $100,000

Open carry is illegal, gun license or not, unless the Mayor has declared otherwise. This is for class 1 weapons only.
(Even if you have your firearm on safety out in public fines/arrest time still applies)

Any Submachine Gun, Desert Eagle/Revolver/Tec-9/CZ75

Class 3 (illegal) - Legal with License (Maximum arrest time 6 Years) 8 Years if they don’t pay fine
Any Suppressed Firearms, Assault Rifles, Shotguns

Community Ban Processes

You are allowed to dispute permanent bans unless a Staff Manager+ has said so. If you believe a ban is false, contact a Staff Manager+ with visual proof.

Reporting a Staff Member

Report all staff members on the forums or to a Staff Manager+ on the Discord. Make sure to provide proof.
